 2016年3月5日，一次法混煉新技術(shù)與應(yīng)用科技成果鑒定推介會在山東豐源輪胎制造股份有限公司成功召開。來自國內(nèi)橡膠行業(yè)眾多專家和輪胎同行等百余人參加此盛會。

March 5, 2016, Single Step Mixing Technology and Application Scientific Result Verification Conference is successfully held in Shandong Feng Yuan Tire Manufacturing Co., Ltd. About one hundred tire experts and industry peers from domestic rubber industry participated in this meeting. 

 “一次法混煉技術(shù)與應(yīng)用”項目是由山東豐源制造股份有限公司組織實施，由特拓（青島）輪胎技術(shù)有限公司提供技術(shù)，北京萬向新元公司，大連橡塑機械公司等單位參與共同研發(fā)完成的，并在項目過程中驗證使用了青島中海嘉公司的新式原材料。

Single Step Mixing technology and application project is executed by Shandong Feng Yuan Tire Manufacturing Co., Ltd, technically supported by TTA (Qingdao) Tire Technology Co., Ltd, co-developed by NU and DXS. 

此次進(jìn)行鑒定的“一次法混煉技術(shù)與應(yīng)用”是自2006年國內(nèi)出現(xiàn)低溫一次法煉膠技術(shù)的第三代產(chǎn)品，稱為煉膠4.0系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)完善了膠料打卷，在線校核稱量，橡膠凈化過濾等方面的問題，在質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)量提升方面有巨大優(yōu)勢。

The SSM technology verified this time is the 3^rd generation of low temperature single step mixing technology in China since 2006 which is called as 4.0 system. This system improves compound winding-up, on-line weighing, rubber purifying and other functions. With these improvements, the quality and production are dramatically upgraded. 

與會專家在聽取了項目報告，進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場實地考察后，給予了高度評價。最后，給出鑒定結(jié)果：國際先進(jìn)水平，擴大在橡膠行業(yè)推廣利用！

After listening to project report and paying field visit, the participants gave high opinion on the system. Verification result: it is of world-leading level, and shall be promoted in the whole rubber industry! 

特拓公司作為藍(lán)色輪胎技術(shù)的先鋒。董事長李漢青先生自2006年將低溫一步法煉膠技術(shù)帶入中國輪胎行業(yè)以來，一直致力于低溫一步法煉膠技術(shù)的持續(xù)創(chuàng)新和推廣使用。在此鑒定會上，特拓輪胎也做了題為《藍(lán)色輪胎技術(shù)在輪胎行業(yè)中的應(yīng)用》的發(fā)言。

TTA is the pioneer of blue tire technology. Chairman Li Hanqing has always been devoting himself to continuous innovation and promotion of low temperature SSM technology since he brought this technology into China rubber industry in 2006. In this conference, he made a speech with title Application of Blue Tire Technology in Tire Industry.

最后，豐源輪胎借此機會發(fā)出了成立 煉膠創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟倡議。邀請全國橡膠企業(yè)攜手聯(lián)盟共同推動煉膠行業(yè)的研發(fā)和創(chuàng)新！
